We provide heritage consultancy services from the very early stages of a project, sometimes prior to the purchase of a property. Obtaining early advice on the heritage implications of a project will ensure any design work is informed and improve the chance of success at planning and/or listed building consent stage.
We also provide Heritage Statements, Statements of Significance and Heritage Impact Assessments to accompany an application.
Lucy is a qualified architect and has worked with many historic buildings as both designer and heritage consultant. She uses these skills to provide design advice and carry out design reviews on schemes.
