Highlight Heritage can help those responsible for an estate that has a heritage aspect. The estate may be private or have a commercial direction and could include country estates, hotels, churches, farms or estates in an urban setting.
If changes are proposed for the estate it may be beneficial to gain an understanding of the site in the first instance, through either a Statement of Significance or Conservation Plan.
Highlight Heritage is also able to provide services on individual buildings within estates such as pre-purchase advice, heritage statements or a design review.
